What we do with your data, plainly.
The short version. This site uses no cookies and doesn't track you. We only use information you send us yourself, for the purpose you sent it.

What we collect
- Join the team form: your name or handle, email address, the role you’re applying for, equipment details, the time you can give, and any voice sample or portfolio links you share.
- Email: when you email us, your name, address and the content of your message.
- Visiting the site: we collect no personal data. Your volume and language preferences are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
Why we collect it
To review your application and reply to you, and to answer collaboration and permission requests. We don’t use your data for anything else, sell it, or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Unsuccessful applications: up to 6 months after review.
- Team member details: for as long as they’re on the team; up to 6 months after they leave.
- Email correspondence: up to 2 years after the matter is closed.
Third parties
- Google Forms: Join the team applications are collected through Google Forms and stored on Google’s servers. We don’t set cookies, but the Google Form we link to is subject to Google’s own privacy and cookie policy. You can read the Google Privacy Policy before opening the form.
- Hosting: the site is served as static files from Hosting Dünyam’s servers in Turkey. The provider may briefly keep technical logs (server logs) such as IP addresses for security.
- Analytics: we don’t use any right now. If we add a cookieless tool that collects no personal data (Plausible or Umami), we’ll update this page.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, so we show no cookie banner: consent is needed when non-essential data is written to your device. The localStorage we use for your language and volume preferences follows from your own explicit action, is never sent to a server, and can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. Write to iletisim@aletheiatr.com; we’ll reply within 30 days.
